Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid ScormEdit subscriptions, processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd.

14-day refund for new subscriptions

If you are not satisfied with a new Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] from the address on your account within the 14-day window.
  2. Include your account email and the approximate purchase date.
  3. We will process eligible refunds through Paddle, typically within a few business days.

Renewals

Subscription renewals are generally non-refundable. You can cancel anytime before a renewal from the Paddle customer portal to avoid being charged for the next period; you keep access until the end of the current period.

Exceptions

Refunds may be declined for evidence of abuse or violation of our Terms. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have.
